The updates are definitely rolling out way too slow, and the changes are not big enough, they definitely need to work harder, and preferably with a team of DJs that know what we as consumers are looking for, Id give anything to sit down with these goons in a conference room and give them my 2 cents.Seems like Pioneer think they can just chill and release minor updates or so once in a blue moon cause they are the market leaders.
I play on nothing else but Pioneer but the lack of competition has made Pioneer so lazy. We can already use 1-beat jump without any other hardware so why not 8-beats Seriously What a joke. ![]() For reporting any bug, questions or comment related to the latest version of VirtualDJ. Until we gather more info and provide a solution, it is strongly advised not to update the firmware of those units to the latest version. Important: When the next update comes, you will need to update the firmware of the units to the latest firmware in order to fully use the CDJ2000NXS2. If for any reason you need to keep the old firmware, you should not update to the new build of VirtualDJ or else some LEDs and screen info will not fully working. Only the time display and cue leds are not working in these cases. Finally (just in case) follow the directions on page 37 of CDJ2000NXS2 User manual.
